Question: Global warming has now started and could you give me your opinion on it? I find it really interesting and I heard that we are about 11 years away from it becoming irreversible. In a way, I think that it can be scary but I do find it very interesting. I do think that we should protect the planet we live on still though because I believe that it shouldn't be ignored and it should be heard! (:

Hi Zoe,
This is a great question and point. As we watch the news at the moment, we hear of more flooding and fires in populated areas, and whenever you watch a David Attenborough show you see the destruction humans are doing to the earth. It is really difficult to see how humankind can continue to live in the way we do, consuming and taking what ever we want from the Earth. Unfortunately I believe it will be our generation that will really begin to see and feel significant effects of climate change (as we are already doing). I hope every person on earth takes it as their responsibility to live in a way to reduce their consumption in all aspects of their lives so that future people have a chance for a good life.
